Job summary

PwC Poland is seeking an experienced SAP Security Manager/Senior Manager to lead engagements, design and implement SAP security and authorization solutions, and drive risk management for global clients.

You will oversee teams, translate complex findings into executive-ready reports, and collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities while ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 7-8+ years of professional experience in SAP Security engagements (design, implementation, and QA).
• Deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem, specifically SAP S/4HANA, SAP IAM/IAG and SAP GRC suite.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Polish language skills to support local projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements: Plan, manage, and execute day-to-day SAP Security and Authorization design projects.
• Evaluate controls: Assess design/effectiveness of SAP Security, Authorization Concepts (SoD), and SAP IT Controls (IAM/IDM, Change Management).
• Drive compliance & risk management: Review client IT policies against industry standards and frameworks.
• Deliver strategic insights: Translate findings into executive-level reports and actionable recommendations for C-suite.
• Lead & develop people: Supervise and mentor consultants to support career growth and client delivery.
• Ensure effective project governance: Manage finances, resources, and portfolios to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Drive business growth: Identify opportunities, contribute to proposals, and participate in client pitches.

We provide consulting on processes, systems and organization of the IT ar - we implement SAP and SAP GRC projects from concept development to configuration in the system. We identify, analyze and manage business and IT risks for customers in various sectors around the world.

We are looking for: SAP Security Manager / Senior Manager.

Your future role

• Lead Engagements: Plan, manage, and execute day-to-day SAP Security and Authorization design projects.
• Evaluate Controls: Assess the design and effectiveness of SAP Security, Authorization Concepts (including Segregation of Duties - SoD), and SAP IT Controls (IAM/IDM, Change Management).
• Drive Compliance & Risk Management: Review client IT policies and procedures against industry standards and leading compliance frameworks.
• Deliver Strategic Insights: Translate complex technical findings into publication-quality reports and actionable recommendations for C-suite and business stakeholders.
• Lead & Develop People: Act as a team lead, supervise and mentor consultants to help them grow their careers and deliver exceptional client work.
• Ensure Effective Project Governance: Manage project finances, resource allocation, and overall client portfolios to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Drive Business Growth: Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities, contribute to proposals, and participate in client pitches.

Apply if you have

• 7-8+ years of professional experience in SAP Security engagements (design, implementation, and quality assurance).
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem, specifically SAP S/4HANA, SAP IAM/IAG and SAP GRC suite.
• Audit & Risk Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP IT Audits, from designing solutions to implementing changes.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex IT processes and recommend optimization strategies.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional written and spoken English, with a proven ability to write executive-level reports and present to C-level stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in Polish to effectively collaborate with local stakeholders and support projects in the Polish market.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as SAP Security, CISA, CISM, CISSP or ISO 27001.
• Previous experience gained in professional services, advisory or IT consulting environments.
