Job summary

Seargin Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP Tax Specialist to analyze requirements and design automated tax logic in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring compliant across SD, MM, and FI processes. You will configure interfaces to external tax engines and support real-time reporting and SAF-T obligations.

With strong EU tax knowledge and rollout exposure, you will liaise between business and IT, lead tax testing, and resolve complex tax issues across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD and MM modules, including configuration, implementation, and support activities.
• Proven experience with EU tax regulations, VAT processes, and indirect tax compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting chain transactions, triangulation scenarios, cross-border trade, and intercompany business processes.
• Strong understanding of integration between SAP SD/MM processes and finance functions within SAP environments.
• Experience designing and supporting tax determination processes within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Proven experience participating in SAP rollout projects, template-based implementations, and solution deployment initiatives.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Experience leading and supporting tax-related testing activities across implementation and support projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design automated tax determination logic within SAP S/4HANA using condition techniques and tax configuration best practices.
• Integrate tax requirements across SAP SD, MM, and FI modules to ensure consistent tax treatment throughout end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Configure and maintain interfaces between SAP and external tax engines to support real-time tax calculation and compliance requirements.
• Support technical solutions for statutory reporting requirements, including real-time reporting, SAF-T, and other country-specific compliance obligations.
• Act as the primary liaison between business and IT teams, translating complex tax legislation into functional specifications and SAP solutions.
• Lead Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing activities for tax-related enhancements and system changes.
• Investigate and resolve complex tax calculation issues, e-invoicing failures, integration errors, and high-volume transaction processing incidents.
