Job summary

NTIATIVE IT Recruitment is seeking a SAP SD Subject Matter Expert in Wroclaw to lead full End-to-End ownership of global O2C processes as part of a brand-new internal SAP Competence Center for a global Life Sciences leader.

This hands-on, architecture-shaping role will drive system design, lead global rollouts, and ensure compliant, high-performing commercial operations in a GxP-regulated environment with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on SAP SD expertise.
• Experience in at least one full lifecycle End-to-End (E2E) rollout/implementation (S/4HANA highly preferred).
• Deep understanding of cross-functional integrations (SD-MM, SD-WM/EWM, FI) and batch determination.
• Strong communication skills in English (C1) and a passion for shaping greenfield/transformation processes.

Responsibilities

• Take full End-to-End ownership of global Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

Are you looking to step into a full S/4HANA transformation? We are building a brand-new, internal SAP Competence Center in Wrocław for a global leader in the Life Sciences sector.

As our SAP SD Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Wrocław, you will take full End-to-End (E2E) ownership of global Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

This is an architecture-shaping, hands-on role where you will drive system design, lead global rollouts, and ensure compliant, high-performing commercial operations in a GxP-regulated environment—without the vendor-side body-leasing treadmill.

Must Haves:
