Gramian Consultancy is seeking an experienced SAP PS specialist for a freelance contract in manufacturing environments. You will bridge Manufacturing and SAP/Digital teams, drive Fit-to-Template activities, and manage PS-related delivery across project structures and milestones.
Key requirements include SAP PS and SAP S/4HANA hands-on experience, plus fluency in English. The role involves 3-month rolling engagements in Budapest or Warsaw with a focus on process excellence and go-live support.
Gramian Consultancy is a boutique consultancy specializing in IT professional services and engineering talent solutions. With a strong background in engineering and leadership, we help companies build high-performing teams by matching them with professionals who truly fit their needs.
Our client is a global industrial leader operating in over 100 countries, known for its advanced manufacturing footprint and commitment to driving digital innovation across its factories and supply chain. They are currently undergoing one of the most significant ERP and operational technology transformations in their industry to modernize systems, improve efficiency, and enable next-generation operations.
We are looking for an experienced Business Process Owner with strong SAP Project System (PS) expertise specifically within manufacturing environments. This is not a finance-focused SAP PS role. The focus is on project-driven manufacturing processes, project structures, manufacturing execution dependencies, materials, resources, milestones, and integration with adjacent production and supply-chain processes.
You will act as the bridge between Manufacturing teams and SAP / Digital delivery teams, supporting Fit-to-Template, process mapping, gap analysis, deployment readiness, UAT, cutover, Go-Live, and hypercare.
CONTRACT: Freelance / contractor assignment; 3 months rolling
LOCATIONS: Budapest or Warsaw
NOTES: SAP PS experience in a logistics and manufacturing context is required.
