Adecco Portugal is seeking a Project Manager with SAP rollout experience to support a global transformation program in Warsaw. You will drive process readiness, align stakeholders, and manage organizational change to ensure SAP deployment success.

Hybrid position based in Warsaw with some travel across Europe; 3+ years PM experience; fluent English; ability to lead workshops and coordinate cross-functional teams across sites.

Formación

• At least 3 years of Project Management experience.
• Proven experience delivering SAP rollout, implementation, or deployment projects.
• Strong understanding of business process transformation and organizational change management.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, site management teams, and IT organizations.
• Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and facilitate process alignment sessions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating activities across business and technical teams.
• Ability to resolve conflicts, manage competing priorities, and drive decision-making.
• Strong leadership skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Experience supporting Go-Live and post-Go-Live activities.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business transformation and process readiness activities related to SAP deployments.
• Drive alignment between business operations and standardized core processes.
• Ensure business prerequisites and deployment readiness across assigned sites.
• Partner with site managers and key stakeholders to facilitate organizational transformation.
• Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Collaborate closely with Technical Consultants, IT teams, and Process Owners throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Support Go-Live planning, execution, hypercare, and post-Go-Live activities.
• Identify, document, and share best practices and lessons learned across deployment projects.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and user adoption through effective change management activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and business continuity.
