Your Role

Your role will focus on managing SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and transformation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead clients through IT transformation into SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Support clients in greenfield, brownfield and mix and match implementations using various methodologies, including Agile.
• Define and execute project deliverables, monitor progress, and ensure completion against goals.
• Engage in sales activities, support service offerings identification, and develop RFP responses.
• Manage the quality of implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and standards.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Minimum 7 years of experience as an SAP Project/Program Manager in distributed, multicultural environments.
• Proven track record of managing at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Experience in managing SAP S/4HANA implementation projects is required.
• Strong knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology and a solid understanding of the end-to-end program lifecycle.
• Prior consulting experience and hands‑on SAP implementation expertise are essential.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• One or more industry‑recognized certifications: PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI‑ACP.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Ability to travel within Poland and EU.

Additional Assets

• Knowledge of SAP technical architecture and integrations.
• SAP Certified Associate – Project Manager – SAP Activate certification.
• SAP Cloud ALM experience.
• Experience in working and managing external vendors as a client representative.
• Experience in change management, business analysis and process transformations.
• Knowledge of TOGAF and BPMN.
