Job summary

realcore® Industry & Materials Poland is seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant to join our AMS team in supporting and improving SAP production planning and quality-management processes. You will manage incidents, deliver minor changes, and assist with stable SAP operations for business users.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on SAP PP/QM experience, strong SAP configuration skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on SAP consulting or AMS experience in SAP PP and QM.
• Strong expertise in one module—preferably PP—with practical experience in the other.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA; experience with RISE with SAP or Private Cloud Edition is an advantage.
• Proven experience within handling incidents, service requests, problems, and minor changes in an IT service-management environment.
• Practical SAP configuration experience and the ability to translate business requirements into sustainable solutions.
• Experience preparing functional specifications and working with ABAP or technical development teams.
• Experience with testing, releases, transports, change control, and post-go-live support.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality-management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented, organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Professional English (German is an advantage)

Responsibilities

• Provide functional Level 2/3 support for SAP PP and QM incidents and service requests.
• Analyse business issues, identify root causes, and provide timely solutions or workarounds.
• Manage the complete ticket lifecycle, including investigation, documentation, communication, and closure.
• Configure and deliver minor changes and enhancements in SAP PP and QM.
• Prepare functional specifications for developments, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflow changes.
• Coordinate with ABAP, integration, Basis, and other technical teams during solution delivery.
• Support testing, transport management, release activities, and post-change validation.
• Maintain functional documentation, knowledge articles, and known-error records.
• Support production planning, MRP, production orders, work centres, routings, capacity planning, and shop-floor processes.
• Support quality inspections, inspection lots, quality notifications, usage decisions, and non-conformance processes.
