Job summary

Bruker seeks a SAP QM Consultant to join its global Logistics & Operations team. You will implement SAP QM solutions, customize configurations, conduct functional testing, and train users as part of a harmonization initiative across a broad product and process landscape.

The role requires collaboration with production and materials management stakeholders, plus documentation of business requirements and solution proposals. You will lead workshops and ensure alignment with IT and business units.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in SAP QM configuration/customizing, roll‑out, and development is required.
• Ability to design cross‑functional solution approaches and align with SAP QM stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as project team member or work stream lead with reporting line to SAP Manager Logistics & Operations.
• Implement SAP solutions with template-based harmonization; perform testing and training.
• Contribute to all phases of SAP implementation lifecycle including documentation; drive business requirements and solution proposals.
• Consult global business with focus on Quality Management and related areas like Production and Materials Management.
• Design process solutions and create functional/technical specs; act as broker between business and IT.
• Conduct workshops and trainings with SAP Key-Users; align with stakeholders.

We are currently looking for a SAP QM Consultant (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• Act as project team member or work stream lead with reporting line to SAP Manager Logistics&Operations
• Implement SAP solutions (customizing, functional testing, training, etc.) based on our global harmonization initiative with template approach
• Contribute efficiently to all phases of an SAP implementation project life cycle including documentation
• Consult the global Business community with the focus on Quality Management or related areas like Production and Materials Management
• Drive the Business organization in the definition and the creation of Business Requirements, be accountable for the creation of Solution Proposals
• Design process solutions, create functional and technical specification documents and act as broker between the Business and the Global IT organization
• Align new solutions with your SAP QM stakeholders (Subject Matter experts, SAP Key-Users and external 3 rd Party Service Providers)
• Manage and conduct workshops and trainings with SAP Key-Users
• Support and improve existing business operations by solving SAP support tickets (service requests, incidents and minor changes)

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or a comparable qualification
• Minimum 3 years of SAP QM experience in areas such as configuration/customizing, roll‑out, and development
• Ability to design and explain cross‑functional solution approaches
• Ability to connect business requirements with new SAP technologies
• Strong ability to defend standards against customer‑specific requirements
• ABAP skills are an added advantage
• Project management skills are an added advantage
