Handling requests sent to the AMS team in SNOW/client tool:* Ongoing updating and monitoring of cases (characteristics, description, status, prioritization),* Compliance with SLA/KPI for processed requests,* Communicating through official cases.2. Performing configuration/programming tasks:* Analysis of business needs related to PA, Time and PY,* Development of specifications for proposed solutions,* Preparation of test scripts,* Testing of implemented changes,* Preparation of technical documentation related to the changes introduced in accordance with accepted company standards,* Solving current (typical and non-standard) problems in the SAP HCM system,* Implementing new functionalities based on the change request process in the SAP HCM system,* Independent configuration of systems in the following areas: OM / PA / PT / PY / Reporting / ABAP,* Assisting lower-level employees in system configuration in the case of complex, complicated customer requirements,* Maintaining system compliance with the labor code applicable to the country served and promoting the above information among the team,* Proposing improvements to existing SAP HCM systems,* Developing country-specific solutions (AlCO) – technical SME,* Carrying out the data migration process (LSMW),* Participating in processes such as system updates, HRSP, EMR, DR, etc.,* Operating the transport system,* Taking on more complex tasks from the manager for other clients and helping colleagues assigned as the main AMO SPOC to complete them quickly,* Participating in brainstorming sessions with a group of senior SAP consultants to find the best solution to a complex problem.3.
