Michael Page is seeking an SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant for a global FMCG transformation program. The role focuses on implementing and supporting SAP PM to optimize maintenance processes and drive standardisation across manufacturing sites.

The candidate will work across multiple countries, collaborating with stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver scalable SAP PM/MM solutions and support S/4HANA transformation activities.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP PM expertise in manufacturing environments.
• Experience in SAP PM configuration and optimisation.
• Solid understanding of SAP MM/QM and maintenance-related procurement processes.
• Experience supporting SAP implementation or transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple functions and countries.
• SAP QM knowledge would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of SAP Plant Maintenance solutions across international manufacturing sites.
• Drive maintenance and asset management process improvements within SAP.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define future-state maintenance processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP PM and SAP MM solutions.
• Review functional designs delivered by implementation partners.
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation activities, including workshops, testing and deployments.
• Ensure alignment between maintenance operations, spare parts management and procurement processes.
• Facilitate collaboration between business users, IT teams and external vendors.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the SAP landscape.
• Prepare functional documentation and knowledge transfer activities.

The role of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant in the FMCG industry involves managing and optimising maintenance processes through SAP solutions. This position focuses on implementing and supporting SAP PM systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Our client is a global FMCG organisation operating an extensive network of manufacturing and distribution facilities across multiple countries.

The company is currently investing heavily in the standardisation and digitalisation of business processes through a global SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. As part of this initiative, they are looking for an experienced SAP PM professional who combines strong functional expertise with business analysis capabilities.

• Strong business analysis skills and stakeholder management capabilities,

• SAP QM knowledge would be considered an advantage.
• Competitive salary range from 270000 PLN to 330000 PLN annually,
• Benefits package including bonuses,
