Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM lead to own end-to-end delivery of the Manufacturing workstream. You will coordinate design, configuration, testing, data migration and cutover, collaborating with PPDS, EWM, QM, and Finance teams across Central and EMEA.

The role requires deep SAP PP/QM expertise, leadership in large transformation programmes, and the ability to guide Manufacturing Consultants while ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership in SAP PP/QM implementation within SCM or manufacturing programmes.
• Expert knowledge of S/4HANA PP production order management, BOMs, routings, and MRP.
• Experience integrating PPDS, EWM, QM, and CO-PC workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the Manufacturing workstream across design, config, testing and cutover.
• Manage Manufacturing Consultants and oversee resource allocation.
• Conduct quality reviews to ensure design and configuration standards.
• Drive the manufacturing testing strategy across the programme.

About the role:

In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of the Manufacturing workstream, from solution design through configuration, testing, data migration, and cutover. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams spanning PPDS, EWM, QM, and Finance (CO‑PC) to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processes within the broader SCM landscape. Your work will directly shape how production planning, capacity management, and shop floor control operate across multiple manufacturing entities.

Beyond technical delivery, you will manage and guide Manufacturing Consultants, conduct quality reviews, and ensure the workstream meets the highest standards of design and execution. This role is ideal for an experienced SAP PP/QM er who thrives in complex, multi‑entity transformation programmes and wants to make a tangible impact on manufacturing operations across Central and EMEA.

Essential job functions:

• PP and QM configuration for the Central and EMEA SCM deployment
• Design production order management, capacity planning, and shop floor control processes
• Configure PP master data including BOMs, routings, work centres, and MRP planning parameters
• Integrate Manufacturing processes with PPDS, EWM, QM, and Finance (CO‑PC) workstreams
• Manage Manufacturing Consultant deliverables and oversee resource allocation
• Conduct quality reviews to ensure design and configuration standards are met
• Drive the Manufacturing testing strategy across the programme
• Oversee production data migration activities
• cutover planning and execution for Manufacturing processes

Qualifications & experience:

• SAP PP/QM implementation leadership experience with SCM deployment or manufacturing programme delivery
• Expert knowledge of S/4HANA PP production order management, BOMs, routings, and MRP
• Integration expertise with PPDS, EWM, QM, and CO‑PC for manufacturing process flows
• Proven ability to Manufacturing workstreams in large SCM transformation programmes
• Strong manufacturing operations domain knowledge across process and discrete manufacturing
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or IT

Nice to have:

• SAP PP or Manufacturing certification
• Experience with SAP MES or digital manufacturing integration
