Job summary
Trelleborg Sealing Solutions in Poland (Warsaw/Czechowice) seeks an experienced SAP Business Analyst Logistics to translate business needs into effective SAP solutions.
You will bridge Business Process Engineers, logistics stakeholders, and IT, specializing in MM, EWM, and SAP integration, and you’ll drive configuration, testing, training, and deployment across SAP modules while supporting change management. Fluency in English and Polish is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or IT.
- Proven SAP BA/Consultant experience with focus on SAP EWM and MM.
- Deep SAP Logistics knowledge: Warehouse setup, EWM warehousing, shipping, PP integration.
- Experience with Material Flow Systems (MFS) is a bonus.
- Strong integration understanding across SAP modules (SD, PP, FI/CO).
- Fluent in English and Polish.
- Willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and gather business requirements for Logistics processes.
- Translate requirements into SAP configurations and specifications.
- Configure SAP MM and EWM modules per needs and SAP standards.
- Perform functional testing of SAP configurations.
- Prepare business cases, PoCs, and effort estimates.
- Deliver end-user training and create manuals.
- Lead SAP implementation, rollout, and enhancements.
- Support change management during deployments.
