Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking a qualified SAP WM/EWM specialist for the new Central Logistics Center in Sieroniowice, Poland. The role combines process analysis, template alignment, and change-management support to optimize SAP-driven logistics workflows.

You will manage tests, document changes, and train SAP users across sites, while collaborating with teams to ensure compliant operations and effective knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business Informatics or related field.
• Professional experience in administrative and operational logistics with knowledge of SAP modules.
• WM/EWM SAP knowledge; other SAP modules desirable.
• German is a plus; strong Polish and English skills required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes in SAP EWM with relevant departments and develop optimization ideas.
• Align with templates and location-specific or legal requirements.
• Support change processes and test management for functional and load tests.
• Process change requests from departments and develop solution proposals.
• Collaborate with project partners and create documentation and training materials.
• Train SAP key users at SAAM locations worldwide.
