Job summary

ipracujzdalnie.pl is seeking an SAP HR Specialist to participate in SAP HCM projects, driving configuration and development efforts. You will act as a trusted advisor to partners, supporting HR process optimization through Help Desk-style responses and collaborative problem solving.

You will influence product direction with ideas for extensions and new features, leveraging your SAP expertise and ABAP debugging skills, while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with SAP HCM module PY.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of ABAP language (debugging errors).

Responsibilities

• Participate in development projects and configuration of the SAP HCM module.

Responsibilities

• Future Design: You will actively participate in development projects and configuration of the SAP HCM module, adapting the system to the latest business trends.
• Customer Partnership: You will become an advisor to our partners, helping them optimize HR processes through support and handling of requests (Help Desk).
• Product Influence: Your ideas will be significant in implementing innovative extensions and new system functionalities.

Skills / Knowledge / Experience
