Job summary

Look4IT Solutions is seeking a skilled SAP specialist to own SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, with growing exposure to Finance & Controlling. You’ll collaborate with global HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth HR/IT processes and drive system evolution.

The role emphasizes hands-on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors experience, strong data integration skills, and a proactive attitude. A path into SAP FI/CO is encouraged, with a hybrid work arrangement in Poland.

Qualifications

• 4+ years SAP experience with hands-on SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors.
• Understanding of HR master data and integrations between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Willingness to learn SAP FI/CO and basic SAP Basis knowledge.

Responsibilities

• HR systems – run and improve SAP HCM (PA, OM, Time, payroll integration) and SuccessFactors modules.
• Finance & Controlling – be the local IT contact for SAP FI/CO, coordinating with key users, central IT and external partners on incidents, changes and testing.
• Support & change – resolve incidents and requests, turn business needs into specifications, and test and roll out changes through the change process.
• Integrations – monitor and troubleshoot data flows between SAP, SuccessFactors, payroll providers and other systems (IDocs, APIs).
• Administration – manage user roles and authorizations (incl. segregation of duties), background jobs and transports, with audit-ready documentation.
• Projects – support S/4HANA rollouts, upgrades and digitalization (testing, migration, cutover).

Join the SAP team of a global automotive supplier and become the go-to person for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors – and, over time, for Finance and Controlling too. You’ll keep HR, Finance and Controlling processes running smoothly in SAP, work closely with business users and help shape how the systems evolve.

You don’t need to be an FI/CO expert on day one. Strong SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience, curiosity and a collaborative attitude matter most – we’ll invest in your growth in FI/CO.

What you’ll do:

• HR systems – run and improve SAP HCM (PA, OM, Time, payroll integration) and SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals and Compensation.
• Finance & Controlling – be the local IT contact for SAP FI/CO, coordinating with key users, central IT and external partners on incidents, changes and testing. Deep FI/CO customizing is not expected.
• Support & change – resolve incidents and requests, turn business needs into specifications, and test and roll out changes through the change process.
• Integrations – monitor and troubleshoot data flows between SAP, SuccessFactors, payroll providers and other systems (IDocs, APIs).
• Administration – manage user roles and authorizations (incl. segregation of duties), background jobs and transports, with audit-ready documentation. Complex Basis topics go to central IT and hosting partners.
• Projects – support S/4HANA rollouts, upgrades and digitalization (testing, migration, cutover).

Requirements:

• 4+ years of SAP experience, including solid hands‑on work in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors.
• Good understanding of HR master data and of integrations between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Working knowledge of SAP roles and authorizations; basic SAP Basis is enough.
• Interest in SAP S/4HANA and Finance & Controlling processes, and willingness to learn SAP FI/CO.
• A proactive, hands‑on approach and good communication with business users, vendors and global teams.
• Fluent Polish and good English; degree in IT, business information systems, HR, finance or a related field.
