Job summary

Zohorecruit in Legnica, Poland is seeking an experienced SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Consultant to join our global automotive supplier team. You will own SAP HR processes and collaborate with Finance & Controlling, IT, and business users to evolve systems.

You don’t need to be an FI/CO expert initially; we’ll invest in your growth into FI/CO. You’ll contribute to HR master data, integrations, and ongoing SAP transformations in a dynamic, international setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SAP experience with hands-on SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of HR master data and integrations between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Familiar with SAP roles and authorizations; basic SAP Basis.
• Interest in SAP S/4HANA and Finance & Controlling; willingness to learn FI/CO.
• Proactive, hands-on approach and good communication with business users, vendors and global teams.
• Fluent Polish and good English; degree in IT, business information systems, HR, finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Run and improve SAP HCM (PA, OM, Time, payroll integration) and SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation).
• Be local IT contact for SAP FI/CO, coordinate with key users, central IT and partners on incidents, changes and testing.
• Resolve incidents and requests, translate business needs into specs, test and roll out changes through change process.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data flows between SAP, SuccessFactors, payroll providers and other systems (IDocs, APIs).
• Manage user roles and authorizations, background jobs and transports with audit-ready documentation.
• Support S/4HANA rollouts, upgrades and digitalization (testing, migration, cutover).

Job Description

Join the SAP team of a global automotive supplier and become the go-to person for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors – and, over time, for Finance and Controlling too. You’ll keep HR, Finance and Controlling processes running smoothly in SAP, work closely with business users and help shape how the systems evolve.

You don’t need to be an FI/CO expert on day one. Strong SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience, curiosity and a collaborative attitude matter most – we’ll invest in your growth in FI/CO.

What you’ll do:

• HR systems – run and improve SAP HCM (PA, OM, Time, payroll integration) and SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals and Compensation.
  
• Finance & Controlling – be the local IT contact for SAP FI/CO, coordinating with key users, central IT and external partners on incidents, changes and testing. Deep FI/CO customizing is not expected.
  
• Support & change – resolve incidents and requests, turn business needs into specifications, and test and roll out changes through the change process.
  
• Integrations – monitor and troubleshoot data flows between SAP, SuccessFactors, payroll providers and other systems (IDocs, APIs).
  
• Administration – manage user roles and authorizations (incl. segregation of duties), background jobs and transports, with audit-ready documentation. Complex Basis topics go to central IT and hosting partners.
  
• Projects – support S/4HANA rollouts, upgrades and digitalization (testing, migration, cutover).
