Job summary

Atos in Poland is seeking an SAP HCM Consultant to support German payroll operations. You will independently process incidents, hot fixes, and change requests for SAP HCM PY Germany and coordinate with HR and authorities to ensure payroll compliance.

This role combines analysis, implementation, testing, and documentation in a hybrid work setting. You should have 5+ years of SAP HCM experience, strong German payroll knowledge, SAP configuration skills, and fluent German and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a SAP HCM Consultant.
• Strong understanding of German payroll specifics.
• Experience in SAP system configuration and payroll setup.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Independent processing and tracking of incidents, hot fixes, and change requests for SAP HCM PY Germany.
• Coordinate with HR and authorities to ensure compliant payroll processing.
• Analyze requirements, implement changes, test, and document customer needs.
• Provide quick feedback and communicate with applicants and the project manager.
• Support SAP HRSP imports and OSS corrections.
• Import preliminary OSS corrections.

What will you do?

• Independent processing and tracking of incidents, HOT fixes, and change requests for Atos' end customer in the following modules:

Payroll accounting (SAP HCM PY) GERMANY

• Knowledge of the local specifics of German payroll accounting and communication with authorities (ELStAM, ELStAM-PKV, DEÜV, rvBEA, etc.) is required
• checking incoming channels for new inquiries, providing quick feedback and communicating with the applicant and the Atos project manager
• Analysis of requirements, evaluation, implementation, test support, and create documentation of customer requirements
• Short-term emergency interventions in the event of disruptions in the SAP payroll system
• Technical implementation of payroll accounting, including preparatory work and follow-up activities in the SAP system
• Support for HRSP imports and SPDD/SPAU comparisons
• Import of preliminary OSS corrections

Skills:

• Minimum5 years of experienceworking as a SAP HCM Consultant
• Strong understanding specifics ofGerman payroll
• Experience inSAP system configuration, including creating functions, rules, and payroll
• Very good communication skills when working with clients and internal Teams
• Proficiency in Germanand a good command ofEnglish
