Job summary

BELVEDERE is seeking an SAP HANA Consultant to join their Warsaw-based contract team. You will design and implement advanced HANA solutions, translating business needs into robust, scalable data architectures while collaborating with clients on complex data challenges.

Lead the development of HANA views, optimise SQL and PL/SQL routines, and guide data provisioning through SLT/SDI. This role offers exposure to cloud platforms and ongoing professional development in SAP ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in SAP HANA development and architecture.
• Expert knowledge of SQL Script, PL/SQL and procedures.
• Experience designing and building HANA views (Attribute, Analytical, Calculation).
• HDI Container implementations and CDS architecture experience.
• Strong data provisioning knowledge (SLT/SDI) and data modelling principles.
• Familiarity with SAP UI5 and basic BTP/cloud development is a plus.
• Node.js exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create table structures and manage data loads across SAP HANA environments.

Position Overview

As an SAP HANA Consultant, you'll play a central role in designing and implementing database solutions that enable clients to make better use of their data. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, translate these into technical designs, and build robust HANA solutions. Your work will directly impact how organisations access, analyse and utilise their data, helping them make informed decisions and improve operational efficiency.

• Write and optimise SQL Script, PL/SQL, stored procedures and function calls to meet business requirements


• Create table structures and manage data loads across SAP HANA environments


• Implement solutions using HANA HDI Container and Core Data Services (CDS)


• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies by executing business formulas and debugging technical issues


• Configure and monitor data load processes using SLT, SDI and HANA Cockpit


• Advise clients on HANA data architecture standards and industry best practices


• Review technical designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture strategy


• Apply database normalisation principles to optimise data structures

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in SAP HANA development and database architecture

• Proven ability to design and build HANA views (Attribute, Analytical and Calculation Views)


• Practical experience with HANA HDI Container implementations


• Strong understanding of Core Data Services (CDS) architecture


• Solid grasp of database normalisation techniques and data modelling principles


• Experience configuring and managing SLT and SDI for data provisioning


• Ability to translate business requirements into technical database solutions


• Familiarity with SAP UI5 (beneficial)
