Job summary

Process Paramarsh is seeking an SAP FICO Consultant to design, configure, and support SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules for global clients. You will help ensure accurate financial processes and seamless integrations with other SAP components.

The role requires 4+ years of SAP FICO experience, hands-on S/4HANA Finance, and strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS. Excellent communication in English and team collaboration are essential as you drive successful finance transformations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CS, or related field.
• Strong FI/CO process knowledge and configurations.
• Hands-on S/4HANA Finance experience.
• GAAP/IFRS knowledge.
• End-to-end implementation or rollout experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• MS Office or Google Workspace proficiency.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to adapt in fast project environments.

• Nice-to-have: BW, SAC, DWC reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support FI sub-modules: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting
• Configure and support CO sub-modules: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver SAP solutions
• Bring your SAP solutions expertise to business problems and provide options
• Write functional specification for custom-code and provide alternatives
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities
• Provide expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal, New AA, Central Finance)
• Integrate FICO with other SAP modules
• Conduct testing, user training, and system documentation

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of FI & CO processes and configurations
  
• Hands-on S/4HANA Finance experience
  
• Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
  
• Experience with end-to-end implementations and/or roll-outs
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Proficiency in English
  
• Knowledge of MS Office (or Google Workspace)
