Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking an SAP Archiving specialist to join a global team of SAP specialists. You will deliver SAP Archiving and ECM solutions for international clients, starting with SAP ArchiveLink/OpenText integrations and expanding into data governance.

The role offers a hybrid work model with ongoing training and opportunities to grow into client-facing consultant roles across SAP and ECM technologies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in SAP Data Archiving, OpenText ECM, or another DMS/ECM platform.
• Basic understanding of document lifecycle (metadata, retention, permissions).
• Familiarity with SAP tools (e.g. SARA, ArchiveLink) or similar concepts.
• Willingness to learn SAP/OpenText stack and expand technical skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving approach.
• Strong communication skills in English (German is considered a great asset).
