Job summary

Pertemps ERP in Katowice, Poland is seeking an experienced SAP CO Lead to establish and grow its SAP Controlling practice. Hybrid work and a permanent or B2B arrangement are available.

You will lead a team of SAP CO consultants, deliver SAP CO implementations, collaborate with FI and other SAP modules, and help shape the service offering with strategic leadership.

Fluency in English and Polish or German is required, and prior leadership experience is essential to drive the practice forward.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP CO.
• Leadership experience or the ambition to build and lead a consulting team.
• Fluent English and Polish or German.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the company's SAP CO consulting practice.
• Build, recruit, mentor, and manage a team of SAP CO consultants.
• Deliver and oversee SAP CO implementation and optimisation projects.
• Work closely with clients to analyse business requirements and recommend SAP solutions.
• Support business development and pre-sales activities.
• Collaborate with SAP FI and other SAP functional teams.
• Define best practices, delivery standards, and methodologies for the SAP CO practice.

Our client, a growing consulting company, is looking for an experienced SAP CO Lead to establish and develop its SAP Controlling practice in Poland.

Tasks

• Lead the development of the company's SAP CO consulting practice.
• Build, recruit, mentor, and manage a team of SAP CO consultants.

• Cost Centre Accounting
• Internal Orders
• Product Costing
• Profit Centre Accounting
• Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
• Planning and Reporting
• Previous involvement in SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• Leadership experience or the ambition to build and lead a consulting team.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and Polish or German are essential.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is an advantage.
