Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced SAP BTP/Work Zone/Fiori Developer in Warsaw, Poland. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining SAP BTP and Work Zone solutions within S/4HANA transformation programs, along with Fiori/SAPUI5 development and OData services.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of hands-on SAP ERP delivery, deep knowledge of ABAP CDS/BOPF, and expertise in S/4HANA Private Cloud extensibility, with strong collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP ERP delivery across full lifecycle.
• Deep SAP BTP experience: architecture, subaccounts, security, cloud-native extensions.
• Proven Work Zone expertise: Spaces/Pages, Cards, Launchpad plugins, notifications.
• Fiori/SAPUI5 development with OData integration.
• ABAP CDS and BOPF, data modeling and custom development.
• S/4HANA Private Cloud extensibility: Key/User/Developer Extensibility.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM processes; workflow and automation exposure.
• Git, BAS or VS Code; experience in consulting and international projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP BTP and Work Zone solutions within S/4HANA programs.
• Develop SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 apps aligned with UX architecture and best practices.
• Create and maintain OData services using ABAP CDS and BOPF.
• Develop S/4HANA Private Cloud extensions via On-Stack and Side-by-Side methods.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Configure SAP Work Zone Spaces, Pages, Cards, and Launchpad components.
• Integrate SAP Work Zone with BTP services, Joule, and S/4HANA apps.
• Prepare technical docs and liaise with global stakeholders through lifecycle.

Description

• Designing, developing, and maintaining SAP BTP and SAP Work Zone solutions within SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
• Developing and enhancing SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 applications in line with SAP UX architecture and best practices
• Designing, building, and maintaining OData services using ABAP CDS and BOPF frameworks
• Developing SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud extensions using both On-Stack and Side-by-Side extensibility approaches
• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions
• Configuring and extending SAP Work Zone Spaces & Pages, Content Packages, Integration Cards, and Launchpad components
• Supporting integration between SAP Work Zone, SAP BTP services, SAP Joule, and SAP S/4HANA applications
• Preparing technical documentation and collaborating with global stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Profile

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience delivering SAP ERP solutions across the full project lifecycle, including design, development, implementation, and support
• Strong experience with SAP BTP, including platform architecture, subaccounts, security concepts, and cloud-native extension development
• Proven expertise in SAP Work Zone, including Spaces & Pages configuration, Integration Cards, Launchpad Plugins, and notification services
• Solid experience in SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 development, including responsive application design and integration with OData services
• Advanced knowledge of ABAP CDS, BOPF, data modeling, custom development, and OData service implementation
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud extensibility, including Key User Extensibility, Developer Extensibility, and Adaptation Projects
• Good understanding of SAP HCM processes and standard applications, with exposure to Flexible Workflow and process automation solutions
• Proficiency with Git, SAP Business Application Studio (BAS), or Visual Studio Code, combined with experience working in consulting and international project environments
