Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a senior SAP BTP specialist in Wrocław to lead end-to-end Employee Central projects. You will mentor consultants, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery on schedule and within budget in a matrix environment.

The role requires 10+ years in application services, 5+ years building SAP BTP extensions, and fluent English. Hybrid work arrangement and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of application services and/or client/supplier relationship management.
• 5+ years of experience in building application extensions in SAP BTP.
• Education: degree in CS or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Certification in SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, or SAP Certified Professional is a plus.
• Fluent English and strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of consultants throughout project lifecycles.
• Oversee Employee Central projects from discovery to deployment and support.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and resource allocations.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and HR processes.
• Translate requirements into system specifications and design documents.
• Advise clients on best practices, change management, and system adoption.
• Design and configure Employee Central modules including org management and security.
• Coordinate with EY ITSD and AMS teams; manage cross-functional delivery.
• Ensure delivery on schedule and within budget in a matrix organization.
