• 5+ years of direct experience delivering and/or overseeing development of software solutions or 5+ years in a sales or sales support role.

Responsibilities

• Identify improvements and build roadmaps for Salesforce solutions.
• Gather requirements from sales teams and document for Salesforce IT teams.
• Own development and rollout of new Salesforce processes for global sellers.
• Collaborate with enablement teams to train sales staff on Salesforce apps.
• Generate Salesforce reports to support the sales and sales operations teams.
