Job summary

MindPal Sp. z o. o. is seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud (D360) Solution Architect in Wrocław, Poland. You will design scalable Data Cloud architectures, run workshops, and translate business requirements into technical solutions for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities include ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, activation, and governance. The role requires strong Salesforce expertise, API/ETL skills, and a track record of real Data Cloud deployments in production.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in data solutioning or consulting roles, incl. 2+ years delivering Salesforce-centric solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (D360) including data modeling, ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, calculated insights, and activation.
• Proven track record of at least 1 full-cycle Data Cloud implementation in production.
• Familiarity with Zero Copy Data Federation, external connectors, and streaming activation.
• Strong API, ETL/ELT, middleware and enterprise data integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for Salesforce Data Cloud across ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, insights, segmentation and activation.
• Run client workshops to capture data architecture, define use cases and map solution roadmaps.
• Develop integration strategies across Salesforce and external sources using batch APIs, real-time streaming, or Zero Copy Federation.
• Architect activation patterns for marketing and engagement platforms and ensure performance and data integrity.
• Oversee governance for security, privacy and consent (GDPR).
• Support estimations, technical proposals and proof-of-concept initiatives for pre-sales.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and set development standards.
