Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud (D360) Solution Architect to design scalable Data Cloud architectures and lead workshops with enterprise clients.

You will translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions, guide governance, and collaborate with global teams for timely delivery. The role emphasizes architectural leadership, data harmonization, identity resolution, and activation across Salesforce ecosystems and external data sources.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in data solutioning or consulting roles, including 2+ years delivering Salesforce-centric solutions.
• Proven track record of at least 1 full-cycle Data Cloud implementation in production (multiple preferred).
• Strong understanding of APIs, ETL/ELT tools, middleware and enterprise data integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for Salesforce Data Cloud, covering ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation.
• Conduct client workshops to assess data architecture, define use cases, and align solution roadmaps.
• Develop integration strategies across Salesforce and external sources using batch APIs, real-time streaming, or Zero Copy Federation with Data Lakes.
• Architect activation patterns for marketing and engagement platforms, ensuring performance and data integrity.
• Monitor Data Cloud credit consumption and recommend cost-optimized architectural choices.
