Sii Poland seeks a Product Owner/PM to shape and deliver Salesforce-enabled products across an international setting. You will translate stakeholder needs into scalable backlogs, collaborate on roadmaps, and ensure solutions improve user experience for employees, managers, and operations teams.

The role emphasizes business analysis, roadmap planning, and effective cross-functional communication without hands-on platform development. Fluency in English and Polish is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a Product Owner/Product Manager/Business Analyst or Salesforce Consultant role with strong business focus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proven ability to manage backlogs, prioritize requirements, and collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practical experience with product teams.
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills for international collaboration.

We are looking for a professional who can combine Salesforce platform expertise with a strong product and business mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing key solutions that support employee, manager, and operational team experiences in an international environment.

The ideal candidate enjoys working closely with business stakeholders, bringing structure to complex processes, prioritizing requirements, and translating user needs into practical solutions. We are looking for someone who can view a product holistically, from strategy and roadmap planning, through backlog management, to delivering improvements and creating a positive user experience.

While Salesforce knowledge is important, this is not a hands-on development or platform administration role. The key focus is on identifying business needs and effectively leveraging Salesforce capabilities to achieve organizational objectives.
