Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and resourceful Customer Support Specialist to join our rapidly expanding sales team at KKWS Service. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Service Sales Development and Support Team, providing operational and administrative support to enhance the effectiveness of our sales efforts.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing pricing and proposals, managing customer data, and handling daily customer inquiries. You will also ensure our Key Account Managers have the resources they need to succeed. As the sales team’s success depends on strong internal collaboration, you will work closely with our sourcing, engineering, and customer service teams on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities
  • Pricing and quotations preparations to our customers.
  • Ensure timely responses to emails and phone calls from our colleagues and customers.
  • Manage customer data and prices in our ERP system.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products or services to provide accurate information to both the sales team and customers.
  • Maintain and enhance a positive commercial relationship with our customers.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales department and other internal teams, including logistics, finance, customer service, customers and suppliers, to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
  • Support with data analytical tasks related to our sales performance.
Our requirements
  • Proven experience in sales support or a related field.
  • A degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth and fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and multitask.
  • Excellent communications skills in English, both speaking and writing.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and experience with ERP software (D365 is an advantage).
  • Being a good excel user for pricing and basic analytics, comfortable with v-lookup formulas and pivot tables, as well as the basic calculation formulas, is mandatory for this position.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software programs and technologies needed for the role.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, problem solving and goal-oriented.
  • Highly organized, has a true passion for driving business and sales growth, and works effectively in a dynamic commercial environment.
