Responsibilities

  • Cooperate with Sales Manager on sales activities.
  • Manage client relationships within assigned portfolio.
  • Provide customer service, including negotiating terms.
  • Organize and oversee the shipping process.

Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel

Fluent in Polish

  • Cooperation with the Sales Manager on sales activities and administrative tasks supporting the sales process
  • Building and managing client relationships within the assigned customer portfolio
  • Providing customer service, including negotiating terms, preparing commercial offers, and managing the order fulfillment process
  • Responding to customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, and resolving issues and complaints
  • Organizing and overseeing the shipping process
  • Preparing shipping documentation and entering orders into the system
  • Representing the company at business meetings and trade fairs
  • Preparing reports and summaries
Min. Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role in sales or customer service
  • Proven experience in commercial contracts and negotiations with business partners
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing company preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong determination to achieve set goals and effective time management abilities
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency in execution
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience in the plastics recycling industry is an advantage
  • Fluent in Polish and advanced English proficiency (minimum B2), both spoken and written
  • Category B driving license and willingness to travel for business
