Job summary

Siemens Gamesa is seeking a Sales Quality Manager in Projects in Poland. You will represent the Quality function during the Sales phase and coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure quality requirements are integrated into contracts and project execution.

The role emphasizes strong communication, risk analysis, and alignment of expectations across stakeholders in a multicultural wind-energy environment. This position is full-time in Poland.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and fluent English, representing quality in Sales and project interfaces.
• Experience in operational quality management / quality assurance and ideally project execution and sales.
• Familiar with Quality Management systems such as ISO 9001, 10005 and 10006.

Responsibilities

• Review contract documentation for quality aspects.
• Negotiate quality activity budgets with customer and Sales team.
• Perform quality risk analysis and join customer contract negotiation meetings.
• Prepare and align quality planning with customer expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in a multicultural project environment.

We are looking for a Sales Quality Manager in Projects with impeccable emotional intelligence that knows how to read the room and create close bonds with both our customers and staff members. You will represent the Quality function to the other internal and external stakeholders of project teams in the Sales phase.
