You will define standards for segmentation, targeting and account planning, lead AI and automation initiatives, and coordinate cross-functional projects with measurable business impact across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in management, marketing, business, economics, analytics, technology or related field.
• At least 5 years in sales, marketing, customer service, commercial excellence, business analytics, or operations.
• At least 3 years mapping, designing, optimising or implementing business processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving changes.
• Strong data, KPIs, reporting and analytics experience.

Aufgaben

• Create and maintain a consistent commercial performance model.
• Define KPIs and develop management dashboards.
• Analyze sales, marketing and ops data to translate insights into actions.
• Lead automation and AI initiatives to boost productivity and forecast quality.
• Collaborate with CCO and business leaders to drive cross-functional transformation.
