Job summary

Cisco Kraków is seeking a Financial Analyst to partner with Sales Finance, drive budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting across the P&L. You will support forecast cycles weekly, quarterly and yearly, and own reporting on sales and financial metrics.

The role requires 1–2 years in financial analysis, strong Excel and presentation skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in Financial Analysis.
• MS Office skills, mainly Excel, and strong presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal acuity and comfort with executives.
• Experience in a sophisticated, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Forecast process support on a weekly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Manage and own reporting on sales and financial metrics.
• Participate in the yearly planning process.
• Drive innovation and simplification of processes and reporting packs.
• Provide support to monthly and quarterly FP&A deliverables.
• Opex management and budgeting.
• Cross‑functional collaboration with different teams.
