Job summary

Mettler Toledo AG in Poland is seeking a Sales Administration Specialist who ensures accurate processing of customer orders and supports the sales process across European markets. You will resolve order errors, release orders to logistics, and maintain data quality in SAP.

The role requires detail orientation, customer focus, and business English proficiency at work. You will collaborate with internal teams, monitor deliveries, run billing block reports, and contribute to process improvements.

• Must be able to resolve order-related errors and release orders quickly.
• Ensure data integrity in SAP by validating and correcting data.
• Handle order-related queries internally and externally.
• Run billing block reports.
• Monitor delivery status.
• Handle POS reports and downpayments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Solve errors in orders to released them as fast as possible to our logistic.
• Ensuring database integrity by validating and correcting data stored into SAP.
• Sorting out order related queries and obstacles internally and externally.
• Run report of billing blocks.
• Monitor delivery status.
• Handling POS report.
• Downpayment handling.
• Being part of the continuous improvements society by identifying areas for process improvement and fulfilling improvement projects.
