Job summary

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. in Gdynia is seeking an Identity Application Security Specialist to manage SailPoint IIQ deployments, user access governance, and IAM processes across business applications. The role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders and hands-on experience in access management.

You will support onboarding and cleanup activities, review permission data, and drive remediation initiatives, while communicating in English and Polish with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and application security.
• Experience with SailPoint IIQ for access governance and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of managing user accounts, access groups, and service accounts.

• Review access-related data to identify inactive, excessive, or unnecessary permissions.
• Assess findings and recommend actions aligned with business requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager, or User Administrator in SailPoint IIQ


• Strong experience in managing access groups, user accounts, and service accounts in SailPoint IIQ


• Good understanding of applications and Identity & Access Management (IAM)


• Practical experience in application security and user access management analysis


• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, application managers, system providers, and IAM experts


• Experience supporting onboarding and cleanup activities within IAM initiatives


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills


• Ability to support and challenge stakeholders while aligning with project objectives


• Self-driven and motivated approach with a collaborative mindset


• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field


• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
