Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited in Poland is seeking a skilled SailPoint ISC Consultant with strong Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow) expertise to design, implement, and support IAM solutions for global clients.

You will work on integrations, provisioning, access governance, and lifecycle management across enterprise environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver secure identity solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum 5-7+ years in enterprise software, systems integrator, or consulting; 3+ years delivery experience.
Excellent organization and communication skills in Portuguese and English.
Experience in IAM software development, implementation, and configuration.
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
Understanding of IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth, LDAP).
Willing to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

Design and implement SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow) solutions across enterprise environments.
Configure and manage identity lifecycle (JML) processes.
Onboard applications and configure connectors (Web Services, SCIM, JDBC, AD/Azure AD).
Develop and manage access provisioning, aggregation, and certifications.
Configure workflows, policies, and RBAC.
Troubleshoot identity and access issues and work with security teams.
Support audits, compliance, and governance activities.
Perform data analysis and reporting for access reviews.
