Job summary

Adecco Poland Sp. z o.o. Kraków is seeking a Safety Data Sheet Author to create, maintain, and review regulatory documentation for hazard communication. You will support label generation and ensure documentation accuracy within SAP-based systems and dedicated authoring platforms.

The role requires close attention to regulatory detail, collaboration with global stakeholders, and the ability to meet deadlines in a quality-focused environment. Training will be provided for new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Author, review, and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and other hazard communication documentation.
• Support product label generation activities.
• Gather, review, and validate information within the authoring system to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
• Apply regulatory requirements and technical knowledge to produce compliant documentation.
• Assess available information and identify inconsistencies, gaps, or missing data.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to resolve documentation-related issues.
• Manage assigned tasks in line with agreed deadlines and quality expectations.

This role is an important contributor to supporting the company's overall business processes by authoring Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and supporting label generation activities. New products and expansion into new markets cannot occur without accurate and compliant supporting documentation.

The Safety Data Sheet Authoring Team is part of the Product Stewardship function, which is responsible for delivering hazard communication documentation that supports regulatory compliance and business operations. The team manages a large portfolio of documentation across multiple languages and collaborates closely with various business functions and stakeholders globally.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and reviewing regulatory documentation using dedicated authoring platforms and SAP-based systems. Success in this role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively within established processes while maintaining high quality standards.

The successful candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable working with detailed information, following defined processes, and meeting deadlines in a quality-focused environment.
