The Role

We are seeking aSafety & Compliance Coordinatorwith experience in North American transportation compliance programs and certifications such asC-TPAT, PIP, CSA, and SmartWay. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to contribute to a dynamic compliance environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage theDrug and Alcohol Programin compliance with regulations.
• Maintain and update driver and vehicle maintenance files.
• Review, monitor, and updateCVOR/NSC/SMSreports.
• Oversee collision files and claims management with insurance providers.
• Track tickets, convictions, and inspections, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up.
• AnalyzeELD reportsand audit driver logs for compliance with U.S. and CanadianHours of Service (HOS)rules.
• Ensure ongoing compliance withCVOR, US DOT, CSA, C-TPAT, PIP, FAST, and SmartWaystandards.
• Oversee plating, licensing, and IFTA compliance.
• Conduct compliance follow-ups and supportMTO/DOT audits.
• Perform annual reviews for drivers and owner-operators.
• Stay current with industry regulatory changes and implement best practices.

Requirements
