Syncron AB in Warsaw, a leading SaaS company, seeks a Customer Contracts & Revenue Controller to manage the global revenue end-to-end process, including contract registrations, revenue recognition and billing. You will coordinate month-end close, monitor accounts receivable, support audits and provide reporting on ARR and billing forecasts, while ensuring accuracy and compliance across the business.

The role requires a finance/accounting degree, at least four years of experience, fluent English

Qualifications

• Degree in finance/accounting is required.
• 4+ years of professional finance experience.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Analytical skills and logical thinking are required.
• Good understanding of project accounting and revenue recognition methods.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Customer service orientation is emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer contracts billing and revenue process end-to-end.
• Coordinate month-end close for revenue recognition and billing.
• Maintain debt collection and assist with annual audits.
• Monitor accounts receivables and propose action plans to prevent overdue receipts.
• Develop and run revenue reporting and ARR analyses.
• Provide excellent customer service related to billing and inquiries.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and process improvements.
