Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient in writing network services or asynchronous code in Rust.
• Security-first mindset in system design to ensure robustness.
• Ability to autonomously debug issues across OS, network, and application layers.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, RPC protocols, Kafka, and event-driven architectures.
• Collaborates with product teams to gather requirements and constraints.
• Take end-to-end ownership of systems and libraries.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust Rust services and libraries powering trading, payments, and crypto experiences.
• Write reusable, testable, and high-performance code across services with low latency.
• Contribute to large-scale distributed system architecture and translate product requirements into resilient solutions.
• Collaborate with hundreds of Rust engineers in a product-driven engineering culture.
