Job summary

Mirantis is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build control planes powering bare-metal orchestration for AI workloads. You will design robust Rust and Go services, with deep exposure to Kubernetes operators and OpenTelemetry instrumentation.

You will collaborate across teams, contribute to open‑source projects, and work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment in Warsaw. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of cloud-native experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering in cloud-native platforms or infrastructure automation.
• Experience designing and implementing control planes and operators in Rust/Go.
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade control plane microservices in Rust/Go.
• Develop Kubernetes operators and CRDs for governance of bare-metal orchestration.
• Ensure high test coverage with mock-driven testing and robust observability.
