TP is seeking a consecutive interpreter for Russian speakers residing in English-speaking countries who cannot communicate in English. Assignments depend on demand and may include phone or video calls to public institutions such as hospitals, police, or emergency services.

We offer a civil contract with an hourly rate of 36.00–46.00 PLN/h. You will access the MyBenefit platform, choose benefits, and have free access to a language learning platform.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of Russian and English.
• Strong listening, retention, and note-taking skills.
• Ability to empathize with callers.
• Willingness to provide services up to 8 hours daily Mon-Fri within 3:00 PM–2:00 AM window.
• Stable wired internet connection and a quiet environment.
• Work authorization and access to Polish labor market.

Your primary task will be consecutive interpreting for Russian speakers residing in English-speaking countries , who are unable to communicate in English. Assignments depend on current demand and may include phone and video calls to public institutions (e.g., medical facilities, police stations, or emergency services such as 911).

We offer:

• Civil contract with hourly rate of 36,00-46,00 PLN/h.
• Settlement is based on the hours of services actually delivered.
• Access to the MyBenefit platform – you choose how to use it (private medical care, sport card, shopping or travel vouchers, cinema tickets, and more).
• Free access to the language learning platform.

Our requirements:

• Excellent command of Russian and English.
• Strong listening, retention, and note-taking skills to maintain high accuracy.
• Ability to empathize with callers.
• Readiness to provide services up to 8 hours daily from Monday to Friday (operating within the 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM window), with occasional weekend slots depending on operational demand.
• Stable wired internet connection and a quiet environment for service provision.
• Ability to operate under pressure, especially when handling sensitive or emergencies.
