Requirements
- Accounting / Finance Graduate / Post Graduate - Qualified Accountants or Intermediate Accountants preferred
- Good people management skills, functional / domain knowledge in F&A processes
- Good analytical skills and experience on process simplification / transformation.
- 2+ years of F&A experience ofട്ടി which 1-2 years of General Ledger experience.
- Italian and English skills on min B2 level (essential for client's communication purposes)
- ERP experience mandatory (MS Dynamics would be an asset)
Responsibilities
- Execute day to day operational tasks such as Journal Entries, Reconciliations, Intercompany, Consolidations, Month end close activities, fixed assets
- Train team members on various processes and domain related requirements
- Identify and execute transformation projects
- Act as a knowledge manager (Documentation, updating, version control)
- Ensure quality of the deliverables
- Problem solving skills
- Understanding of the relevant F&A Processes
- Follow the documented procedures, understanding of Client processes, active team player with good communication and documentation skills
