Job summary

L'Oréal Polska is seeking a Controlling Master Data Analyst (RTR Analyst) to manage and optimize master data within SAP FI/CO. You will maintain profit centers, cost centers, allocation keys, orders, and cost elements while ensuring data integrity across systems like Compass and Tiger.

You will support month-end closings, analyze data discrepancies, and participate in projects to implement new solutions. Collaboration with Finance, IT, and regional teams is essential for timely closing and

Qualifications

Experience with Controlling Master Data in SAP FICO environment.
Strong Excel and data analytics skills.
Detail-oriented and self-organized.
Continuous improvement mindset; Lean Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.
Fluent English, both speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

Maintain Controlling Master Data (profit centers, cost centers, allocation keys, orders, cost elements, materials).
Ensure data integration between SAP and Compass/Tiger/Contact.
Support Month-End Closings (SAP to Compass mappings, FICO Gap Net Sales, FICO GAP P&L).
Analyze data discrepancies between FI and CO in SAP.
Meet deadlines and communicate potential risks during closing periods.
Participate in projects implementing new solutions and improvements.
Collaborate with Group, BEST, IT and local retain organizations.
