Job summary

L’Oréal Polska Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw seeks a Controlling Master Data Analyst (RTR Analyst) to manage Controlling Master Data requests, support data integration between SAP and systems like Compass, Tiger and Contact, and assist with month-end closings.

Qualifications

• SAP FICO working experience
• Strong Excel and data analytics skills
• Self-organized and detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset (LSS knowledge is a plus)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Process requests to maintain Controlling Master Data (profit centers, cost centers, allocation keys/rules, internal/investment orders, cost elements, generic materials)
• Monitor data integration between SAP and other L’Oréal systems (Compass, Tiger, Contact)
• Support Month-End Closings (SAP to Compass mappings, FICO Gap Net Sales, FICO GAP Full P&L)
• Analyze data discrepancies between FI and CO modules in SAP
• Ensure process deadlines are respected (Closing periods) and communicate risks
• Participate in projects related to new solutions, tools and improvements
• Collaborate with Group, BEST, IT and local accounting/Controlling teams

Controlling Master Data Analyst (RTR Analyst)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• processing of requests to maintain the Controlling Master Data (e.g. profit centers, cost centers, allocation keys/rules, internal/investment orders, cost elements, generic materials),
• monitoring and active support to keep data integration between SAP and other L’Oréal systems (e.g. Compass, Tiger, Contact),
• support Month-End Closings (SAP to Compass mappings, FICO Gap Net Sales, FICO GAP Full P&L),
• analysis of data discrepancies between FI and CO modules in SAP,
• ensuring the process deadlines are respected (especially a Closing period); monitoring and communicating potential risks,
• participation in projects, related to the implementation of new solutions, tools and improvements,
• close cooperation with the Group, BEST, IT and local retain organizations (e.g. Controlling, Accounting).

COMPETENCES:

• 3-5+ years total post-graduate work experience with time spent on managing the Controlling Master Data (SSC experience will be an asset)
• SAP FICO working experience
• great Excel and data analytics skills
• self-organized and detailed-oriented person
• continuous improvement mindset (LSS knowledge will be an asset)
