AVON COSMETICS POLSKA SP. Z.O.O. seeks a Finance professional to safeguard receivables accuracy and drive Order to Cash excellence. You will own dashboards, analyze data trends, and support monthly/annual reporting while ensuring IFRS-compliant provisions and SOX controls across processes.

You will collaborate with Credit Control and Collections to reduce write-offs, monitor overdue accounts, and contribute to automation initiatives within a fast-paced finance environment in Poland.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections or similar Finance role.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of bad debt provisioning and credit risk management.
• Familiarity with IFRS and internal controls, SOX environment experience is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/financial tools.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and develop dashboards, reports and KPIs across Order to Cash.

• Support month-end and year-end reporting with accurate information.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of AR and related GL accounts.
• Investigate, resolve and document account discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and internal control compliance.

• Collaborate with Credit Control and Collections to reduce write-offs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and reconciliation processes.

It combines Order to Cash reporting and analysis, monthly AR reconciliations, IFRS-compliant bad debt provisioning and SOX control ownership, while working closely with Credit Control and Collections to reduce credit risk and continuously improve the process.Key responsibilities:Maintaining and developing dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across the Order to Cash function.Analysing data trends and providing actionable insights to support business decisions.Supporting month-end and year-end reporting activities by delivering accurate and timely financial information.Performing monthly reconciliations of accounts receivable and related general ledger accounts.Investigating, resolving, and documenting account discrepancies in a timely manner.Maintaining audit-ready documentation and supporting compliance with internal control requirements.Calculating and recording bad debt provisions in accordance with IFRS requirements.Monitoring overdue accounts and assessing potential credit risk exposure.Collaborating with Credit Control and Collections teams to reduce write-offs and improve debt recovery outcomes.Identifying opportunities to streamline reporting and reconciliation processes.Supporting the implementation of automation initiatives and system enhancements.Ensuring SOX controls are operating effectively and consistently across relevant processes.Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, accuracy, and accountability within the Finance function.What we're looking for:Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, Order to Cash, or a similar Finance role.Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting principles.Knowledge of bad debt provisioning and credit risk management practices.Familiarity with IFRS and financial control frameworks.Experience working within a SOX-controlled environment or knowledge of internal controls.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.Experience using ERP systems and financial management software.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimisation.Relevant Finance, Accounting, or Business qualification, or equivalent professional experience.English min.
