Role Overview

As an RTR Accountant, you will be responsible for executing general ledger accounting operations in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., US GAAP), SOX controls, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Post financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards (US GAAP, SOX)
  • Perform balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes
  • Monitor and justify outstanding items
  • Collaborate with internal and external audit teams
  • Use analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, ML, Gen AI) to identify trends and risks
Requirements
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience in RTR or GL accounting
  • Proficiency in English
  • German (minimum B2 level) would be a plus
  • Basic knowledge of accounting standards (US GAAP, SOX)
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive problem‑solving attitude
