Beach Front Property Management, Inc. is seeking a dependable Multi-Site/Roving Maintenance Technician to support a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Southern California.

This full-time role involves troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues across diverse property types. The position requires 2+ years of experience, ability to work independently across multiple locations, a valid driver's license and own tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience (property management preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
• Must have own basic maintenance tools (required).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Log and manage work orders daily.
• Respond to maintenance requests across multiple properties (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, etc.).
• Complete unit turns and make-readies efficiently.
• Perform repairs in occupied and vacant units with professionalism and urgency.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and safety checks.
• Assist with general property upkeep and grounds as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and company standards.
• Travel between sites as required.
• Respond to overtime or emergency calls as needed.

Location: Southern California Region (Multiple Sites)
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: $25–$28.50/hour (DOE) + $500 Monthly Auto Allowance

*This position is hired through a staffing agency for the first 90 days. After this period, candidates will be considered for direct employment with Beach Front Property Management, Inc. based on performance and business needs.
