About The Role - Rope Access Blade Technician

Flex Wind provides complete solutions for wind turbine installation and blade repair across Europe and South America.

We’re looking for IRATA-certified Rope Access Blade Technician (Level 1, 2, or 3) to perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of turbine blades ensuring all work meets the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess the condition of turbine blades.
• Document faults, repairs, and provide technical recommendations.
• Perform high-quality blade repairs in line with standards and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Complete accurate technical documentation and service records.

Requirements

• Valid IRATA Level 1, 2, or 3 certification with proven rope access experience (mandatory).
• Experience in blade repair or with laminating/composite materials.
• Familiarity with major OEMs such as Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, or Enercon will be an advantage.
• Strong physical condition and ability to work at heights.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work on rotation.
• Good English language skills.
• Valid Category B driving license.
