Job summary

Spyrosoft Ltd in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to advance robotics software for warehouse automation. You will design, test, and deploy Python-based solutions leveraging ROS within a fast-growing AI-enabled robotics team.

The role requires on-site presence in Warsaw with potential for full remote work later. Strong Python, ROS, and computer vision skills are essential, as is excellent English communication across teams.

Working Model

• Occasional travel to customer deployment sites may be required for a few days to support production rollouts and project deployments.

This fast-growing robotics initiative is focused on AI-powered warehouse automation. The solution enables robots to identify and handle hundreds of products, supporting key logistics processes such as order fulfillment, returns processing, and inventory management.

As part of the engineering team, you will design, develop, test, and integrate robotics solutions using Python and ROS, helping deploy these systems in real-world production environments. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges, working autonomously, and building software that directly impacts large-scale automation.
