Job summary

DAC.digital Group seeks a technically strong professional to help grow a strategic partnership focused on Physical AI and autonomous robotics in industrial environments. You will help define architecture, guide edge deployments, and integrate robotics-vision-sensor data into autonomous systems.

The role emphasizes hands-on embedded work, rapid iteration in lean teams, and collaboration with partners. Remote or on-site work options are available, with a base in Poland.

Qualifications

• Experience in software engineering, robotics, or autonomous systems with a track record of production-grade solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Physical AI, robotics, autonomous systems, or field-deployed robotic platforms.
• Strong expertise in embedded systems, C/C++, edge computing, and deploying software on constrained hardware.
• Experience designing robotics architectures that operate without cloud connectivity.
• Experience integrating robotics, computer vision, sensor systems, and data into autonomous solutions.
• Industrial environments experience (mining, manufacturing, logistics) is a plus.
• Startup mindset with rapid iteration and MVP delivery in lean teams.
• Excellent communication with technical leaders and partners.
• Proficient English (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Define and shape the technical architecture for Physical AI and robotics solutions.
• Support development of autonomous systems and robotics platforms.
• Advise on robotics, embedded systems, and edge deployment approaches.
• Evaluate feasibility and estimate new robotics and AI projects.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to guide implementation and delivery.
• Support MVPs and pilot deployments for industrial customers.
• Contribute to technical strategy and product direction.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing and discussions.

It is vital that you have:

• experience in software engineering, robotics, or autonomous systems, with a proven track record of delivering production-grade solutions;
• deep hands-on experience with Physical AI, industrial robotics, autonomous systems, or field-deployed robotic platforms;
• strong expertise in embedded systems, C/C++, edge computing, and deploying software on constrained hardware;
• experience designing and implementing robotics architectures that operate reliably without cloud connectivity;
• experience integrating robotics, computer vision, sensor systems, and operational data into autonomous solutions;
• experience working in industrial environments (e.g., mining, manufacturing, logistics, or similar) is a strong advantage;
• startup mindset with the ability to iterate quickly, solve problems pragmatically, and deliver MVPs in lean teams;
• excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical leaders, engineering teams, and external partners;
